Nu rörelsetränar jag som tusan för alla mina leder i vänster arm är stela som jag vet inte vad. Det gör liksom ondare än själva armbågsfrakturen! Hoppas verkligen att jag blir helt bra väldigt snart!!
Har faktiskt hoppat några språng upp tom 1m (dock fortfarande med enhandsfattning) men det har inte gjort ont alls :D
